DR. Luis Nieves is the founder and president of Luis Nieves University (LNU), an accredited institution in Puerto Rico specializing in real estate education. With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Luis has built a reputation as a retired attorney, legal author, professor of business law and ethics, REALTOR®, and civil mediator.
He has led initiatives in curriculum modernization, ceremonial messaging, and professional development for real estate, peace advocacy, and youth leadership. Luis is also an ambassador for the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP), a Rotarian, and a long-time leader in the National Association of REALTORS® Diversity Committee.
